Automation Station
Automation Station builds repeatable workflows from connected blocks. Organize automation projects into groups, duplicate or move them as they evolve, and export a group when you need a portable copy of its workflows.
Groups
Create, rename, duplicate, export, and delete groups that keep related automations together.
Automation projects
Create a workflow project, add a description and visual identity, then move or duplicate it without rebuilding the flow.
Project details
Open a project to edit its flow, run it immediately, generate a flow with AI, and inspect previous runs.
Global tracking
Long-running automation work can report status through the global task manager and app notifications.
Flow Builder
Build a flow by connecting a Start block to AI, data, logic, media, file, messaging, browser, cloud, and provider action blocks. Configure each block’s inputs and account, then follow the connections to understand execution order and branching.
AI Flow Generation
Describe the goal
Explain the workflow in plain language or use voice input. The prompt creator can turn a short idea into a fuller automation specification.
Limit the block set
Choose which executable block types the model may use before generation, keeping the result within the services you intend to configure.
Choose the model
Generate with a configured supported AI provider or CLI model and review the proposed nodes and connections before running them.
Explicit action blocks
AI text blocks create text or structured data. Uploads, publishing, messages, file writes, and other side effects require the corresponding action block.
Accounts and characters
Automation Settings separates provider accounts from reusable characters. Accounts hold the service connection selected by provider blocks. Characters hold reusable identities or personas for workflows that generate speech, images, video, or social content.
Runs and safety
- Use Run Now only after checking the start path, block configuration, connected account, and external destinations.
- Review the Runs tab to distinguish successful output from failed or partially completed workflows.
- Provider calls, GPU jobs, media generation, publishing, and cloud actions may consume paid quotas.
- Deleting an automation or account can break dependent flows; inspect references before confirming destructive changes.
