Core Settings
Configure the core defaults for the application. These settings affect how Kaiju Hub AI behaves when creating and opening projects.
Options
Default Project Location
Set the folder where new projects are created by default.
Default GitHub Account (Pro)
Set your default GitHub account for repository operations. Pro users with multiple linked GitHub accounts can select which one to use by default.
Default Font
Set the default font used throughout the application.
Default IDE
Choose which code editor opens projects. Kaiju Hub AI detects installed IDEs automatically and shows their installation status. You can also configure a custom executable path for any IDE.

Theme Categories
Themes are organized into three independent areas, each with its own set of options. Each category also supports custom themes that you can create, edit, and delete.
App Themes
Set the main application look and feel. Choose from built-in categories: Original, Neon, Accessibility, Pastel, and Kaiju theme families.
Code Editor Themes
Syntax highlighting color schemes for the built-in code editor.
Terminal Themes
Color schemes for the integrated terminal.
Quick Apply
Right-click any theme card to apply it to all three areas at once (app, code editor, and terminal). This provides a quick way to set a consistent look across the entire application without switching between tabs.
Language
Application Language
Choose the language used throughout the application. This setting changes all menus, buttons, notifications, and documentation references. Kaiju Hub AI supports 20 languages:

Browser Selection
Choose the default browser used when Kaiju Hub AI opens external links or previews web projects. Installation status and CDP (Chrome DevTools Protocol) support are detected automatically for each browser.

Browser Settings
Browser Mode
Choose between Normal (visible browser window) or Headless (no visible window, used for automated tasks).
Profile Mode
Isolated (default, clean profile each session), System (uses your existing browser profile), or Custom (specify a custom profile path).
Data Extraction Mode
Choose how page data is captured: Screenshot (visual), DOM (HTML structure), or Both.
Additional Options
Blocked Sites
Manage a list of blocked URLs. Add or remove URLs that the browser should not navigate to.
Font Selection
Choose the default browser font. Defaults to system-ui with additional system fonts available.
