Kaiju Hub AI is an AI-powered project hub that provides tools for building web, mobile, and desktop applications. The service includes project management, wireframe design, reverse engineering analysis, and integrations with multiple AI providers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service to generate content that violates any applicable laws

5. Trademark & Intellectual Property Violations

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Kaiju Hub AI. Your projects, files, and data remain on your local machine and are not uploaded to or stored on Kaiju Hub AI servers. We retain ownership of the Kaiju Hub AI platform, branding, and proprietary technology. When you use AI-powered features, your prompts and content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate responses — such data is subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies.

You must not use Kaiju Hub AI to infringe upon or violate the trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, using the reverse engineering tools to replicate proprietary designs or interfaces for the purpose of trademark infringement, counterfeiting, or passing off another party's work as your own.

Any user found to be in violation of trademark law, intellectual property rights, or engaging in any form of illegal activity will have their account permanently banned without refund, without exception.

6. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party Disclaimer

Kaiju Hub AI uses third-party AI providers to assist with code generation, design, and analysis. AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any AI-generated content before deploying it to production.

Kaiju Hub AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party AI providers, frameworks, platforms, or services referenced in the application. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

Kaiju Hub AI integrates with third-party AI services that may consume API tokens or credits from your connected accounts. You are solely responsible for managing your API keys, usage limits, and any associated costs with third-party providers. We strongly recommend configuring spending limits and usage alerts directly with your API provider. Kaiju Hub AI is not liable for any charges incurred through third-party API usage, including unexpected or excessive consumption.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for standard cancellations.

Accounts terminated due to violations of these terms — including trademark infringement, intellectual property violations, or illegal activity — are not eligible for any refund, partial or otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaiju Hub AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the website.

After review, we believe Kaiju Hub AI operates in full compliance with their terms.
