How to Enable Skip All Permissions for CLIs

By default, CLI agents like Claude Code prompt you for permission before executing certain actions. If you want to bypass all permission checks, Kaiju Hub AI offers three ways to enable Skip All Permissions — as a default for new projects, retroactively for existing projects, or on a per-agent basis from within the Agentic Agents section.

1

Set the Default Permission for New Projects

Open Settings from the header, then go to the AI Services tab. Click the Agentic Agents tab, then click Permissions. Under Default Settings for New Projects, select Skip All Permissions. This sets the default so that every new project you create will automatically start with all permission checks bypassed.

2

Apply to Existing Projects

Setting the default only affects new projects — it does not change projects already in the system. To update all your existing projects at once, click the Apply to Existing Projects button. This will set Skip All Permissions for every project you currently have.

Change Permission Per-Agent via Settings Icon

In the Agentic Agents section, click the settings icon (gear) on the right side of the agent toolbar. This opens the Claude Code Settings dialog where you can toggle Skip All Permissions on or off. Note: after changing this setting, you must open a new tab for it to take effect — it does not apply to the currently open tab.
